LINDA STAR WOLF has been a shamanic, psycho-spiritual midwife and guiding light in thousands of people’s lives for more than 25 years.  Star Wolf facilitates healing and transformational journeys in a variety of arenas, including hundreds of workshops across the US and abroad.  She has a Doctorate of Ministry in Shamanic Psycho/Spiritual Psychology, is a nationally certified alcohol and drug counselor, a Reiki Master, a Shamanic Minister, and a member of the Wolf Clan.  As a result of Star Wolf’s extensive experience, she birthed the Shamanic Breathwork™ Process, a highly transformative, shamanic-pyscho-spiritual tool, which integrates ancient wisdom and shamanic methods with dynamic processing techniques and a cutting-edge consciousness to assist people in awakening their own inner shamanic spirit. With her husband, Brad Collins, Star Wolf is the founder and Co-Director of the Venus Rising Institute for Shamanic Healing Arts, a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing this unique work into the world, helping individuals shape-shift old outworn paradigms into the new shamanic consciousness currently emerging upon our planet.  

Star Wolf’s newest book,Shamanic Breathwork: Journeying Beyond the Limits of the Self, was released by ITI in November of 2009. Written in Star Wolf’s inimitable, straight-from-the-heart style, this book fully explains Shamanic Breathwork™, including the history and lineage, methods employed, and special chapters on the core of her teachings: Dancing with Your Shadow, The Spiral Path and the Five Cycles of Shamanic Consciousness, Soul Return and Energy Release Work, Shadow and Addictions Work, and the Thirty Shamanic Questions for Humanity. Star Wolf’s first book, Shamanic Mysteries of Egypt: Awakening the Healing Power of the Heart, followed up by the oracle deck and companion book, The Anubis Oracle: A Journey into the Shamanic Mysteries of Egypt, were both co-authored with Nicki Scully and published by Inner Traditions. Star Wolf’s next book, Shamanic Egyptian Astrology: Your Planetary Relationship to the Gods, co-authored with Ruby Falconer, is scheduled forrelease in Spring of 2010.

BRAD COLLINS, Co-Director of Venus Rising Institute for Shamanic Healing Arts and Co-Founder of Isis Cove Community Retreat Center in western North Carolina. A pioneer in planetary transformation for more than three decades, Brad Collins is a certified Shamanic Minister, a Shamanic Breathwork™ Teacher, Trainer and Facilitator and the Co-Founder of the Shamanic Healing Initiatory Process (SHIP). Brad created the Shamanic Initiatory Priest Process (SIPP), a highly experiential and transformative men's initiatory process. Brad has a degree in Environmental Science and Education, and part of his mission encompasses land-stewardship. Brad was a leader in the development of the natural foods movement in the United States. He helped form many of the original organic farming standards for several states and educated thousands of people in natural living and healing. Brad has been involved with 12 step recovery programs for more than 25 years. He maintains a private shamanic counseling practice. His passion is to assist others in releasing self-defeating behavior patterns. Providing safe and sacred space for those seeking his counsel, Brad offers everyone he works with, both men and women, loving kindness and acceptance. Brad believes the shaman lives within each of us and lovingly holds that vision for those he serves.

RUBY FALCONER is a graduate of the Venus Rising Institute for Shamanic Healing Arts and is a certified Shamanic Breathwork ™ Master Practitioner, a Shamanic Healing Arts Teacher and a Third Degree Shamanic Breathwork ™ Reiki Initiate. She is currently the Staff Astrologer, Business Manager and Student Supervisor for Venus Rising. Ruby is also the co-creator, with Linda Star Wolf, of Shamanic Egyptian Astrology. Their book, Shamanic Egyptian Astrology; Your Personal Relationship with the Gods, will be published by ITI / Destiny Books in May, 2010.
